Federal laws regarding Bluefin Tuna are based on the size of the fish and are strictly enforced. These regulations must be followed at all times.

Bluefin Tuna Regulation size limits:

• The boat can keep two Bluefin tuna that measure 27 to 47 inches. We will filet and distribute these fish for you and your party.
• The boat can keep one fish measuring 47 to 73 inches. We will filet and distribute these fish for you and your party.
• Any fish over 73 inches is considered property of the boat and must be sold to an authorized dealer in compliance with federal regulations. If this happens, a 15% discount will be applied to either the current charter or a future charter of your choosing.
